Despite precautions, Webmakesite cannot guarantee absolute security for data shared on third-party platforms or via online communication channels.

• 6) Third-Party Platforms: Data shared on third-party tools, platforms, or services (including Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, hosting services, and AI tools) is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Webmakesite is not liable for any breach, misuse, or loss of data on third-party platforms.

• 7) Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for:
• Providing accurate and complete data
• Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, and account access
• Reviewing and complying with third-party platform terms where applicable
• 8) Data Deletion & Requests: Upon client request, Webmakesite will delete client data stored within company systems, except where retention is required by law or contractual obligations.

Data deletion requests must be submitted in writing.

• 9) Policy Updates: Webmakesite reserves the right to update or modify this Data Usage & Storage Policy at any time. Updated versions will be effective once published on the website or communicated officially.
• Acceptance: By availing Webmakesite’s services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Data Usage & Storage Policy.
