At Webmakesite, we offer digital services such as website development, social media marketing, branding, and related solutions. Due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to Webmakesite are non-refundable once the work has been initiated or delivered.

We ensure complete transparency through project discussions, samples, demos, or mockups (where applicable) before project execution. Clients are encouraged to carefully review all details before proceeding with payments.

  Since Webmakesite deals with services (not physical products), a return policy doesn’t apply. Instead, a “no return policy” clarifies that once service work begins, payments can't be refunded or returned. This protects the business from misuse while still allowing clients to request revisions if there’s an issue with service quality.
