Webmakesite - Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webmakesite shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our digital marketing services.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Loss of business, profit, revenue, or goodwill
    • Loss of data, leads, customers, or website traffic
    • Drop in search engine rankings or social media engagement
    • Ad account suspension, rejection, or penalties by third-party platforms
    • Technical issues, downtime, or service interruptions caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or platforms

    Webmakesite provides all services on a best-effort basis. Digital marketing results depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budget, and client cooperation. Therefore, Webmakesite does not guarantee specific outcomes or performance.

    Webmakesite shall not be responsible for any delays, losses, or damages caused due to:

    • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client
    • Late approvals, delayed payments, or lack of communication from the client
    • Changes in policies, algorithms, or terms of third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.

    In no event shall Webmakesite’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service during the applicable service period.
