This Service Agreement / Scope of Work (“SOW”) is made between Webmakesite, a Digital Marketing Agency, and the Client. This agreement becomes effective once the client confirms the services, makes payment, or approves the quotation/proposal.

• 1)About Webmakesite: Webmakesite is a digital marketing agency providing services including website development, social media marketing, SEO, paid advertising, branding, content creation, and other online marketing solutions.
• 2) Scope of Services: Webmakesite will provide digital marketing services as agreed with the client. The scope may include, but is not limited to:
• 3) Delay in Service from Webmakesite’s Side: If there is any delay from Webmakesite’s side in delivering services, we will inform you via email or your official WhatsApp group. We will compensate the lost time by providing equivalent service value, such as extra workdays, additional services, or necessary adjustments.

• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Paid Ads Management (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Graphic Design (Banners, Creatives, Posters)
• Video Creation & Editing
• Content Writing & Posting
• WhatsApp / Email Marketing
• Branding & Online Promotion
• 3)Service Duration:
• The service duration will be as per the agreed package or quotation.
• Any extension, renewal, or additional work will be charged separately.
• 4)Deliverables: Deliverables depend on the selected service and may include:
• Social media posts (banners/videos)
• Website pages or features
• Marketing creatives and content
• Campaign setup and optimization
• Reports or performance updates (if included)
• 5)Client Responsibilities:
• Provide correct and complete business information, content, logos, and approvals on time
• Share required access (social media, website, ads accounts, etc.)
• Approve creatives and content within the given timeline
• Make payments as per agreed terms
• 6)Payment Terms
• Advance payment is mandatory before starting any service.
• Payments must be made as per quotation or invoice.
• Services may be paused or stopped in case of delayed payment.
• All payments made are non-refundable, unless mentioned otherwise in writing.

• 7)Revisions & Changes
• Limited revisions are included as per the selected package.
• Any work outside the agreed scope will be considered additional and charged separately.
• Major changes after approval may affect cost and timelines.
• 8) Performance Disclaimer: Webmakesite does not guarantee:
• Sales, leads, revenue, followers, or rankings
• Specific ROI or business growth

Digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, budget, and client cooperation.

• 9)Third-Party Platforms: Webmakesite is not responsible for:
• Policy or algorithm changes by Google, Meta, or other platforms
• Account suspension, ad rejection, or penalties
• Issues caused by third-party tools, software, or platforms
• 10)Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential all business information, data, and access credentials shared during the service period.
• 11)Termination:
• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
• No refunds will be provided for completed or ongoing work.
• Any pending payment must be cleared immediately upon termination.
• 12)Limitation of Liability:Webmakesite shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages including business loss, profit loss, or revenue loss.
• 13)Governing Law:This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India.
• 14)Acceptance:By confirming services, approving the quotation, or making payment, the client agrees to this Service Agreement / Scope of Work (SOW).
